Canadians are calling for a return to the good old days when your purchases were handled in person and you could see exactly what was being sold. The recent KPMG survey shows that two-thirds (66%) Canadians feel frustrated by online shopping experiences, missing out on this personal touch as well as increased pressure from retailers who risk losing loyal customers if they don’t step up their game or go back into hiding!

I am joined by Katie Bolla, Katie is Partner, Management Consulting, Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Consumer and Retail Industry Lead at KPMG. Katie has extensive experience in new market assessments, diversification strategies, acquisition target assessments, innovation and customer strategy.
